I am currently attempting to make brisket?? We'll see how it goes. 4 hours in the crock pot should be good right?


*** Results: it turned out ok after 16 hours!!! I cooked it on low for 5 and it was still tough so I called my mom and dad and they said I should have had it on high. So I cooked it on low till 8 am this morning. I thought it was still pretty tough but I tried to cut it and it all fell apart. I guess we'll have a good lunch!! Next time I'll go with the pioneer woman's method in the oven. I bought a second one incase the first didn't turn out. ***
