Love it.

Tonight was home-made. We had spicy chicken meatballs with a tasty avocado sauce and feta cheese... as you can see. Served on pita bread. I liked it Chris wanted ranch on it. I think next time I'll do avocado ranch.



For dessert we enjoyed a crumb topped apple pie! First one I've ever made. I was nervous but on a cold first snowy day of the winter, I wanted something warm. And I think Chris actually liked it! I think I'll make this one for Thanksgiving. Next I will try a chocolate pie (sister T style, my favorite).
